This is something I've never done before.
I'm opening the doors of my personal home to eight women for a weekend I've been dreaming about for a long time. Not a hotel ballroom. Not a rented venue. My actual home — the space I've intentionally designed and cleared to feel like a true sanctuary.
For over 20 years, I've helped clients transform their homes into spaces that support their health, their momentum, and their joy. But I've always wanted to bring a small group of women into my own space to experience it firsthand — and more importantly, to walk away knowing how to create that same feeling at home.

This is intimate. It is intentional. It is the first time I'm doing this, which means I've priced it in a way that honors that — and it won't stay this way. Jen brings wellness tools and biohacking education into the retreat on Saturday, helping you discover practical ways to support your health and vitality inside your own home.
Maggie offers mini astrology consults on Saturday and leads a Sunday session on moon phases — helping you align your home and your life with the rhythms that matter most.

Because this is the inaugural retreat and you're being invited into my personal home, I've created a special introductory price. This pricing will not carry into future retreats.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before August 1st receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. After August 1st, no refunds are issued — however, you'll be guaranteed a spot at the next retreat. In the unlikely event that we cancel, your full retreat fee will be refunded. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect personal travel expenses.
A few details before you arrive.
The retreat takes place at Lisa's home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Fly into Fort Wayne (FWA), Indianapolis (2 hrs north), Detroit (2 hrs south), or Chicago (3.5 hrs). Rental cars and rideshares are available — plan extra time for the latter. Arrive between 4:00–4:30 PM on Friday; our first session begins promptly at 5:00 PM.
Comfortable, layered clothing. Shoes for outdoor walking or hiking. A hat if you'd like to explore the woods (be mindful of poison ivy and ticks). A bathing suit — we have a heated saltwater pool, weather permitting, on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Breakfast is on your own each day. Lunches on Saturday and Sunday, and dinners on Friday and Saturday, are catered with healthy options. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions at registration. Snacks and beverages are available throughout each day. We recommend limiting alcohol for a grounded experience.
The property is smoke-free. We do have two dogs — they'll be in another area of the home during the retreat. Please let us know of any concerns. We recommend no flights out of Fort Wayne before 6:00 PM on Sunday, and an extra night's stay if possible to enjoy some relaxation before heading home.
