Lavender essential oil is of course my favorite and one of the most common oils to use for better sleep but below are a few other oils I commonly recommend for anyone with sleep problems. Give them a try!
Tips for uses: I add a lavender sachet to the inside of the pillowcases in my guest room. I like to ensure a good night’s sleep for anyone visiting. A diffuser is a great way to disperse the essential oil into your home. Adding a few sprays of an aromatherapy spritz to your linens is another way to allow for great sleep. Have fun and don’t be afraid to search online for intoxicating blends you can make with other oils. Once you get started you’ll love experimenting and you'll find that using these oils REALLY helps you unwind and drift off to sleep.
