I personally use and recommend a lot of essential oils to my clients. I’m continually being asked what manufacturer I recommend. To be honest, I don’t have a favorite. I have SEVERAL favorites. Know this though, there are so many different places to easily pick up essential oils these days. You can even find them at the local supermarket and discount store. It’s important though to thoroughly research each company and their product (especially if you’re taking it internally). I’ll leave it up to you to research and find what you feel comfortable with. Just remember this, if it smells off, it’s not quality. Also, keep in mind that there is a reason therapeutic grade oils cost as much as they do. Invest in oils like you would in a product for your health. Below are my favorite companies for essential oils.... Young Living - They have wonderful quality oils. I typically order from Young Living when ordering single note oils such as Frankincense, Peppermint, or Lavender. They smell amazing and also work great. This is my go to company when I’m making any products for around my home, from cleaning products to linen sprays and more. To learn more about Young Living click here. doTerra – This is another excellent company and that also carries single note oils, however, I’m just honestly in love with some of their blends. The DigestZen works wonderfully as I am a gal with a sensitive stomach. I also often use and recommend their Console, Breathe, and Joyful blends. I often use their Deep Blue product after an intense workout. To learn more about doTerra click here. 21 Drops – I first came across 21 Drops as someone gave me a sample. I loved how they packaged their products in these convenient rollerball vials. You may have seen my Youtube video where I mention their Focus 09. I always have this with me in my purse. It’s easy to grab quickly and roll a bit on my wrists at a stoplight or between meetings. I recommend their gift sets to clients who are new to oils as they have these great sets to start with. Golden Earth – This company has great essential oils, but I love them for their really unique products like their Chakra Body Lotions. They are infused with specific oils to active one of the seven chakras. I also often use their Perfumes from Nature. Each is a blend of essential oils and they’re infused with crystals too.
