My Favorite Crystal Clearing Techniques

If you were to walk into my home you'd notice crystals in just about every room. I love to enhance both my indoor and outdoor areas with different rocks and crystals. However, it's important to remember to cleanse your crystals when you use them like I do. 

You always want the most pure and positive energy coming from your crystals, so give them a little extra TLC. Just like people, they are refreshed by elements of nature and may respond differently to each method. Experiment with each crystal and method and you’ll find what works best.
 
Plants - My favorite way to cleanse and refresh crystals is to place them in a pot that houses a large indoor palm tree. Not only is it good for my crystals, but my plant loves it too too. Try this method with outdoor plants also.
Sunlight – This is easy as you can place them outside in the sunlight to allow them to recharge. Outdoors in the sunlight is always preferred over placing them in a window sill. Use a pretty bowl for this to show love for your crystals. (Note that an amethyst may permanently fade)
Moonlight – Place them outside under the moonlight of a full moon or new moon. Again, use a pretty tray or container.
Grounding – Bury your crystals outside in the ground to refresh them. Just remember where you placed them!
Sea Salt – Bury your crystals in a bowl filled with sea salt for a few days. (Note that polished stones may become scratched using this method)
