My Go-To Crystals

Crystals are oh-so beautiful, but they provide much more than beauty.  They actually alter the energy of the space you’re in.  I love working with crystals and I use them in my own home and office.  I also carry them with me in my car, purse and even pocket.  Sometimes a simple crystal in your space can easily change the feeling of the room.  Here are some common crystals that I recommend to clients.

Clear Quartz
This is probably the easiest crystal to find and the most versatile, it’s also very pretty!  This stone is perfect for both clearing and protecting.  It’s the perfect stone for any intention as you can easily program it.

Jade
A Jade is the most popular stone to use for Feng Shui cures.  Feng Shui experts almost always suggest this stone for your home as it works in a lot of different areas.  It’s also easy to find animals and symbols carved out of jade.

Rose Quartz
A rose quarts is perfect for your master bedroom as it encourages love and relationships.  It’s especially nice when you can find one carved into a heart shape.  Keep this with you or in a romantic space in your home, better yet, opt for a pair if you’re looking for that special someone.

Amethyst
This stone comes in a variety of purple tones and is easy to find.  I often encourage this stone for a client’s meditation or yoga space.  It will help you relax and connect.

Tiger’s Eye
This is one of my personal favorites.  It’s easy to find and it’s also common to see Tiger’s Eye used in jewelry.  It’s the perfect stone for protection, so wear it and feel its energy and beauty.

Now I’d love to hear from you....

What is your favorite crystal and how do you use it?
