Open the windows: This might not sound like much, but sometimes fresh air is all you need.
Aromatherapy - Light a candle or put your favorite scent in a diffuser. My favorite is lavender or any calming, restful scent.
Sweep the floor: This will take a few minutes of actual work, but the effort is worth it. Sweeping the floor can make a massive shift in your home's energy!
Pick up your main living space: Do you have a central area, such as a great room or hearth room, that you like to relax in? Invest a few minutes here (again, a little work but worth it) to pick up any clutter, tidy the tables or counter, fluff the pillows, and fold any blankets. You'll feel more relaxed just by removing visual clutter.
