Why You Should Worry About EMF's During Sleep

​EMF or Electromagnetic Frequencies are produced by electricity flowing throughout your spaces.

From appliances, televisions, and computers to even small devices like phones, tablets, and your favorite new air pods these items are all generating electromagnetic fields. 

​Why should you be concerned?

High levels of EMF’s can be harmful and long-term exposure to these frequencies can lead to fatigue, depression, anxiety, headaches, vertigo, nausea and more. These harmful frequencies can even lead to hormonal imbalances and also cancer.

You may think you're innocently sleeping in your cozy bed, but are actually exposing yourself to these frequencies for several hours each night.

Here are some tips to reduce your exposure at night:
  1. Arrange your bed to be at least 3-6 feet from any electrical outlets
  2. Never sleep with your phone in bed or right next to your head
  3. If possible, completely turn off your cell phone at night
  4. Avoid falling asleep to the television, set a sleep timer if you must
  5. Keep clocks and other electrical items at least three feet from your body while sleeping
  6. Turn off your wireless internet at night
  7. Avoid dimmable lighting in the bedroom
  8. Opt for natural fibers when selecting bedding

Remember that even though you're sleeping these frequencies are still around you, affecting you. Do what you can to protect yourself.

Lunchtime is the best time to go and just sleep a little bit. I know that there are people who enjoy working out during this time, but to me, it is the time to take a break. I feel like everybody is just trying too hard, and that is not the best way to do it. If you ask me, we all just need to know what we want to do, and how we are going to do it. I hope that we all understand this.
